Dr. Christopher Kawalec
Dr. Christopher Kawalec was born in Western Canada just outside the city of Vancouver in the province of British Columbia. From the age of 15 it was always his dream to pursue a career in dentistry gathering inspiration from his own dentist. After completing high school his dream began to take shape when he embarked on his academic studies at Simon Fraser University, pursuing a BSc in Health Sciences. After successfully completing his studies at SFU, Chris enrolled at the University of Adelaide and began a new life down under. This decision not only expanded his academic knowledge, but also provided a unique cultural experience.
Chris has a passion for preventative dentistry and ensuring the best outcome for his patients. In order to achieve this, he prefers working on long term goals and education. This type of partnership allows for the highest quality oral health results and ensuring the least amount of invasive work required. He encourages questions and individual initiative in order to form a strong bond with his patients.
Beyond dentistry, Chris has always had a passion for fitness and nutrition. This lifestyle assisted with his studies and fostered a continuing method for relaxation and stress relief. Today, you can find him up early in the morning at a local gym prior to work. Beyond this, Chris loves reading on ancient history and even exploring the medieval and modern world.
Kirstie Walker - Oral Health Therapist
Qualifications:
Kirstie Walker brings a wealth of expertise to her role as an Oral Health Therapist, having earned both a Certificate 4 in Dental Assisting and a Bachelor of Science in Oral Health Therapy from Curtin University in 2004. Her comprehensive education and training have equipped her with the necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional care to her patients.

Kirstie's primary interests lie in hygiene and periodontal care. With a deep passion for oral health, she strives to make a positive impact on her patients' lives by providing exceptional care and education.
Why Dentistry?
Growing up in a household where both parents were deeply entrenched in the dental field, Kirstie's journey into dentistry was almost predestined. From an early age, she developed a keen interest in the industry, leading her to pursue formal education and training in dental assisting and oral health therapy.

Maggie Niedziela - Oral Health Therapist

Maggie is a graduate of Curtin University, holding a Bachelor of Oral Health Therapy. Her studies have equipped her with the knowledge and skills necessary to provide comprehensive oral health care to patients of all ages.

Maggie has a special interest in kids' dentistry, recognizing the importance of instilling good oral hygiene habits from a young age. Her gentle approach and friendly demeanour make children feel comfortable and at ease during their dental visits.

One of Maggie's greatest joys is educating her patients on the importance of oral health and its profound impact on overall health and confidence. She takes the time to explain procedures thoroughly and provides practical tips for maintaining a healthy smile between visits.
